The Challenge
When Payroc acquired BlueSnap, the immediate challenge was clear: migrate an entire visual identity system — spanning sales collateral, partner materials, and product marketing — without disrupting active sales cycles or losing the brand equity BlueSnap had built. The added complexity: BlueSnap's assets were US-focused, and Payroc needed global-ready creative.
The Approach
Rather than flipping the switch overnight, I developed a phased migration — auditing all 250+ assets, ranking by sales impact, building the new brand framework first, then transitioning assets in priority order. This kept the sales team operational while we systematically rebuilt the brand foundation.
